You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the publicly available portions of this website for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This license does not extend to restricted content accessible via NDA.

4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Access to the Science section of this website requires signing a digital Non-Disclosure Agreement. By signing the NDA through our online process:

  • You acknowledge that the NDA constitutes a legally binding agreement under Swiss law
  • Your digital signature has legal validity under the Swiss Federal Act on Electronic Signatures (ZertES)
  • A PDF record of the signed NDA is generated, stored securely, and transmitted to all parties by email
  • Access to restricted content is granted only after manual approval by an authorized SGDL representative
  • SGDL reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its sole discretion

The full terms of the NDA are presented to you at the time of signing and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict regarding confidential information.
